Kalel is 3 Months Old!

Well it has been awhile since my last post! Kalel is 3 months old today!!! I can hardly believe it! He is getting so big, everyone that sees him says that he looks like he is more like 6 months old! But, I would rather him be big and healthy instead of under-weight and have problems. He is learning so many new things too, he coos and goos so much now now and sometimes he will even copy you when you do it back. He is trying to sit up on his own too and he is playing with toys now! Well if we put him in his bounce chair or on his play-mat he bats at the toys and pulls them down, but he doesnt know what to do with them once he gets them lol.

Great Weekend!

I had a great weekend! Worked Friday night... gotta make money for Kalel's 1st Christmas- I cant wait!!! I got off of work Saturday morning at 7am, went grocery shopping for WIC stuff, came home and took a shower, went to the bank, almost ran out of gas sitting in the drive-thru (LOL), put gas in the truck. and then came and took a 2 hour nap. Anthony left for work at noon so I had to get up... after no sleep- had a surprisingly really good day with Kalel!

Rough day with booger butt...

The title of this blog really doesn't even come close to the day that I had with Kalel! I love my baby boy more than anything, but today was horrible!

Taking charge of my future again!

So, I have decided that I am going to enroll at DSC after the holidays. I am going to get squared away with the grant that I have to pay back because I dropped out of my English class last year. Then I am going to enroll into my pre-reqs for LPN course. I dropped out before because I found out I was pregnant and I was already behind in the class. But, I am not going to procrastinate this time! I need to take charge of my future again... if not just for me but for my son. So in January I am going to go up and figure out exactly what I have to do to get back into classes and am going to take classes during the day while Anthony is home and continue to work 11-7 my three days a week! Wish Me Luck I Am Going To Need It!

Its November already!

Wow cant believe its November already and still so hot out! Well its been a few days since I have been on here so lets see what has happened...

1st Night Back...

Well my 1st night back to work wasnt too bad at all Im tired as hell though... so glad that Anthony ended up being off again today so he could help with Kalel and I could get some sleep! Doing it again tonight then spending the day at Nana's tomorrow for Halloween! HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone! 7am will not come soon enough!!

Bact to Work...

Yep tonight will be my first night back to work! Im nervous a little because, not only have I been out for 4 months, but Im going back on the 11-7 shift and I havent been on that shift for over a year! So it will definitely take some getting used to... I really hope that they put me on my normal floor so at least there will be SOME familiarity factor! Hope tonight goes good- wish me luck!

So last night was rough to say the least. Anthony (whether he wants to tell the truth and admit it or not) got wasted after the food show in Orlando! He was out til after 2am and was texting me and the messages didnt even make since! I asked him like 10 times how much he had to drink and when he was going back to the hotel room and he was avoiding answering me and shit. Then he called me and was sounding all drunk and talking in circles and shit- and Mel was in the background wasted yelling and shit... then he hung up on me! So I was all crying and shit and didnt go to sleep until about 3am. He came home today about 1:30pm before he had to go to work and not only was his voice all fucked up like he had been up partying ALL night, but then he tells me that Josh threw up in his car on the way home and then he threw up! But, of course, he tried to blame it on the fact that some restaurant that they ate at made Josh sick and he only threw up because he smelled it! Yeah right! Because Im stupid right? Like I dont know how to tell when he is drunk or been drinking? I just wish he would just tell the truth about shit instead of trying to hide things from me- does he ever think that if he didnt lie in the 1st place that I wouldnt get mad about it???

Anyways on top of all of that I got like NO SLEEP last night! Because I was up arguing with Anthony via text message all night, I went to bed at about 3am. Kalel got up to eat at about 5:30am and finished at about 6am. Then got up again at about 7:30am and was screaming like he was hungry again so I fed him a small bottle and he went back to sleep about 8am. Then he woke up again at like 10:30 and stayed up for the rest of the day! He took a 2 hour nap at about 5pm and then finally went to bed for the night at 9pm! So all together... I got like 5 hours of sleep and then took a 2 hour nap when he took a nap. Im so tired!

Well when Anthony came home we kinda sorta made up... and I missed him sooo much last night! I cant wait to be curled up next to him in bed tonight in his arms! He should be off of work soon PJ's closed at 10pm tonight, so he should be off within about an hour or so...

Sleeping Alone Tonight...

Well Anthony is in Orlando at a food show for his job... and he wont be home until tomorrow! So I am sleeping alone tonight : ( Well not really alone- I am going to be snuggling with my baby boy<3 Today wasn't very eventful at all stayed home most of the day and then went to Nana's house for dinner. Kalel was fussy the whole car ride over there and then he ate... so he was good. Then about two hours later he was fussing to eat again and I was going to leave to get him home into bed but it was pouring down rain out... so I fed his "night-night" ba-ba at Nana's house about 8:30-9pm and left around 9:30pm and got him home and changed him and got him into bed about quarter to 10pm... Im gonna let him sleep with me tonight- which I know I shouldnt do because Im trying to get him used to sleeping in his own room in his crib (last night was his 1st night in there) but I really dont want to sleep alone tonight : ( I'll put him back in his room tomorrow night... and then Thursday night I go back to work for the 1st time in 4months!!!

Lazy Day...

The pumpkin patch pics came out sooo cute! Kalel still cant sit up by himself yet so we had to prop him up in between two pumpkins so we could get pics of all three of the babies but it was adorable!

Kalel is 2months old today!

Here I am sitting by myself in the living room messing around on the computer on a Sunday afternoon... Kalel has eaten lunch and has been napping for 45 mins and Im still watching "Little Bear" on the Noggin channel! Lol Yep this is my life from now on... I think I end up watching these cartoons more than he does. Today my little boy is exactly 2 months old... he is growing up sooo fast! Today we went to the pumpkin patch with Michelle, Ryan, Jazmyn & Jesica, Vince, and Alyssa to take pics of the babies in their Halloween costumes! Kalel is a skeleton (its sooo freaken cute)! Well thats enough for today I have to go get my costume on (im a leopard) because the Halloween costume party that Im throwing is starting in 2 hours... and you know it will take me about that long to get my costume & make-up the way I want it LOL. Besides Michelle and Jesica are getting here early to get ready too so... Later! Hope I dont get too wasted tonight....
